Your project details are used only to respond to your screen service request.

When you contact Zac, you may provide your name, mobile number, email address, city or ZIP code, project notes, approximate measurements, and photographs of your screens. These details are used to review the project, prepare an initial estimate, communicate with you, and schedule or complete requested screen work.

The online estimate form sends your contact details, calculator summary, project notes, and photographs to Forminit for private storage and delivery to Zac. Forminit encrypts information while it is sent and while it is stored. Uploaded files are not placed in a publicly browsable website folder.

Online estimate requests and photographs are normally deleted after the estimate or job is complete and are reviewed for deletion within 90 days. Information may be kept longer when reasonably needed for an active job, payment, dispute, or legal obligation. Forminit may retain encrypted backup copies for a limited period after deletion.

Forminit applies its own spam protection and rate limiting when an online estimate is submitted. The website does not store a separate copy of the uploaded photographs or a separate network identifier for the estimate request.

The website records anonymous daily totals for call clicks, text clicks, estimate starts, copied calculator lists, and future form delivery results. Those totals do not store names, phone numbers, email addresses, message contents, photographs, cookies, IP addresses, or precise location.

To ask Zac to delete estimate details or photographs that you sent, contact him using the phone number or email address above. Some records may be retained when reasonably needed for an active job, payment, dispute, or legal obligation.
